
Fulfillment Policy
1. Service Delivery
Our services—including guest communications, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, listing management, and more—are fulfilled as outlined in your service agreement or management contract.
Once an agreement is signed, service setup begins within [X] business days. All tasks are managed according to the agreed schedule, and clients receive regular updates via email, phone, or through our Owner Portal.
2. Booking & Onboarding

Property Onboarding: After sign-up, we'll schedule an onboarding session to gather necessary property details, photos, and preferences.

Listing Creation & Optimization: Listings are created and/or optimized within [X] business days following onboarding completion.

Calendar Management: Once live, we actively manage your booking calendar and ensure guest inquiries are handled promptly.
3. Communication Fulfillment
We provide 24/7 guest communication services to ensure guests receive fast, helpful responses. Our team handles all pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-checkout messaging to enhance the guest experience.
4. Maintenance & Housekeeping Scheduling
Maintenance and housekeeping are coordinated as needed or on a set schedule. Emergency maintenance requests are prioritized and handled immediately, while routine services are booked and confirmed in advance.
5. Payment & Invoicing
All financial transactions, such as service fees or commissions, are detailed in your contract. Invoices are issued monthly, and payment is due by the agreed terms. For short-term rental income, payouts follow your listing platform’s payment schedule (e.g., Airbnb or Vrbo).
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered. However, if there is a scheduling error or failure to deliver a promised service, please contact us within 5 business days to resolve the issue.
